2. Physical and Chemical Properties
The technical material is a colorless, hygroscopic crystalline substance, melting point 45-55°C, vapor pressure 8 nPa. The hydrochloride salt is only stable in acidic medium, solubility in water >500 g/L, methanol >500 g/L, dichloromethane >430 g/L, ethyl acetate 23 g/L, toluene <100 g/L. It corrodes metals and gives an acidic reaction.
3. Toxicity
Acute oral LD50 in rats: 8600 mg/kg, in mice: 1600-2000 mg/kg; acute intraperitoneal LD50 in rats: >763 mg; inhalation LC50 in rats: >0.0057 mg/L air (4 hours); non-toxic to bees. Biodegradable, with a persistence period in soil of 3-4 weeks.
4. Application Range
A high-efficiency, locally systemic fungicide, can be used for foliar, soil, and seed treatments to prevent and control diseases caused by Oomycetes fungi on various crops such as cucumber, grapes, lettuce, hops, etc., including downy mildew, late blight, damping-off, and other diseases. Field application concentration: 400-650 PPM.
