Introduction
Acetamiprid, ACE, is a new type of neonicotinoid insecticide. It is a highly targeted, effective pesticide with a notable effect on its target pests, a short onset time, and long-lasting efficacy, while its activity against non-target pests is relatively low.
Purpose:
1. Controlling cucumber aphids: Apply during the initial peak of cucumber aphid occurrence. Use 40–50 ml of acetamiprid emulsifiable concentrate per acre, diluted with 50–60 kg of water for even spraying. It shows good control of cucumber aphids, and in rainy years, the effect can last more than 15 days.
2. Controlling apple aphids: Apply during the new shoot growth period and the initial peak of aphid occurrence. Spray with 3% Mobilan EC diluted 2000–2500 times. It works quickly against aphids, is rain-resistant, and the effect can last over 20 days.
3. Controlling citrus aphids: Spray during the aphid occurrence period using 3% Mobilan EC diluted 2000–2500 times. It provides excellent control and long-lasting effects on citrus aphids and is safe for citrus, causing no phytotoxicity at normal doses.
Precautions
1. This pesticide is toxic to silkworms, so do not spray on mulberry leaves if a nearby mulberry farm exists.
2. Acetamiprid should not be mixed with strong alkaline agents (like Bordeaux mixture or lime sulfur mixture).
3. Acetamiprid is low in toxicity to humans and livestock, but in case of accidental ingestion, immediately go to the hospital for gastric lavage and remain calm.
